Harmen J. Keyser, P.Geol., President
Harmen is a geologist and helicopter pilot with more than 27 years of worldwide
experience in mineral exploration and helicopter operations. He has flown
various types of helicopters for many of the world's leading geophysical
survey companies. It is this unique combination of experience that inspired
him to develop simpler and more efficient survey methods. He obtained
a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Saint Mary's University in
1981.
Pat Dwan, Director of Operations
Pat is a commercial helicopter pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer (M1 & M2)
with more than 40 years experience in helicopter operations and management.
James Forth, B.A., B.Ed., Pilot/Operator
James is a helicopter pilot who specializes in airborne geophysical surveys.
He has been factory trained to operate our on-board geophysical system,
eliminating the extra weight and cost of a separate operator. He has
flown over 35,000 line kilometers of low level surveys in all types of
terrain on various types of helicopters.
Paula Vera, B.Sc. M.Sc., Pilot/Operator
Paula's skills as a commercial
helicopter pilot combined with a varied background in science, GIS, and
cartography contribute to Precision's operation by efficiently blending
data acquisition with quality control. Having previously worked with helicopters
in many applications from fire fighting to heli-logging, she is Precision's
newest team member.
Michael Anderson, B.Sc., Geophysicist
Mike is a geophysicist with Risk Reduction Resources and is responsible
for all data processing, reduction, mapping, and quality control. He has
over 15 years experience in gravity, magnetic, electromagnetic, and radiometric
applications in mineral exploration, petroleum exploration, and unexploded
ordnance detection. He holds a double major in geology and physics from
Dalhousie University.
